Great location, close to airport, close to downtown. This two bedroom, one bath condo is part of Marbella apartments and is directly across the street from the Fiesta Americana hotel and the beach. Away from the mainstream tourist places, Marbella apartments has mostly natives living there. However, access to all of the tourist amenities is just across the street.
Grocery shopping right next to the condominiums. Plan to buy food (cheap) and keep the refrigerator stocked which saves money. Condo has a balcony and is on the third floor above the street.
This location is perfect for experiencing
Puerto Vallarta. The marina and downtown are both only a $4 cab ride away (in opposite directions) or go by bus for
45 cents.
